Happy Day Riverside Hotel & Spa Danang

Staff was helpful and courteous!

Hotel is in a bad condition. Mold and mildew on bathroom ceiling and around bathtub.

Staff were very accommodating, allowing me to change dates with an upgrade fee because standard rooms were full on my new date. Breakfast was cooked fresh to order from a la carte menu.

Bugs! They have to deal with the biting ants (I *think* they weren't bedbugs since I saw them on the desk too) that filled my bag and made the night miserable. I'm even afraid I carried them home since my carry-on bag wasn't frozen in the cargo hold.

Staff and location. This was second time we stayed at this hotel.

The plumbing. The shower leaked water all over the bath room.

The view from the room was great.

The room has bad mold smells and the air conditioner was old. There was a fan and had to keep up all night to sleep at night. The bath tub has mold around the tub.

Location and staff members were friendly

Unfortunately we saw a big roach in the room, however the area seemed filled with roaches.

Everything so niceee- staff, room, view and location. Make sure to comeback !

We stayed at the 9yh floor and had a veranda view of he river. So relaxing to sit outside early morning and late night and just look at the river and the dragon bridge

The room was small but adequate and comfortable. Air conditioning more dwell, shower was powerful and hot

I should’ve selected a room with a window. And parents allowed their children to make a lot of noise early in the morning in the hallway. But that’s not the Hotel‘s fault

Staff on duty super helpful of my queries.Approachable to dealt with.Helpful the old men on the elevator with our luggage, and waiting of grab taxi.Price no issues with us, manageable.Walking distance also to market, dragon bridge, etc.

None so far, my kids, my family enjoyed our stay.

We were greeted with very helpful staff and the facilities are great for this budget. The location is also so close to all of Danang’s attractions and you will not have any trouble finding a place to eat!

Our bed was extremely hard.The shower was in the middle of bathroom so everything got wet when you showered

The hotel is very friendly and near to Han Market for pasalubong goodies ? beside An Thoi Restaurant a yummy restaurant.

The hotel is located opposite river and all the amenities near by. The staff are very sweet, helpful and approachable. The rooms are the same as the pictures I saw in booking.com not like some hotels I stayed before. One of the staff , lady in late twenties explained attentively whatever we asked her. Good staff. Thank you for the staff uncles in late fifty across the road brought umbrellas help us carry our luggages . I will repeat stay in this hotel if I visit to Danang next time. Highly recommended this hotel.

Our room was very well situated on the 9th floor and, although compact, seemed to be one of the better rooms available with a small but useable balcony and lots of windows. We had a small double bed, TV, fridge, good air con and a kettle with water provided although, unusually, no cups nor tea or coffee. The bathroom had a very good shower in a separate cubicle with toiletries provided. The view from the balcony is excellent, having stayed over the weekend of the end of war 50th anniversary and we had a perfect view of all the activities that took place on the river.

The hotel had failed to take prepayment before my arrival as per the basis of my booking but, thankfully, did not charge any extra for my using a credit card when I checked in. Having travelled around Asia many times we believed we'd gotten used to firm beds but the one in our room was exceptionally hard, like lying on the floor.

Rooms not like picture - very very small and claustrophobic. Shower constantly leaking into bathroom due to no lip at edge of shower , constant flooding, shower head also broken. ice box on fridge totally furred up on arrival then leaked into room when defrosted . Bed hard. Topper helped. The location of this hotel is city good and grabs are cheap to take to beach . Sadly iif you’re gonna stay here then get a better room than standard and get a view. Ours stared into a wall. Staff who take bags were lovely. When we got there we asked to see another room as the first one felt even smaller with its door its door opening inwards. The next room on fifth floor had the shower issue! Not a great experience and it’s only the location that made it but next time we stay next door at The Brilliant Hotel and pay more.

Great location, service and quiet!!Super attentive staff!!

The staff was friendly, however the room was terrible! Not comfortable, looks dirty! We updated to a “better” room, even though was not good at all! The only good thing was the view - but hard to see because the window glass was so dirty!

The staff were lovely. The room was large and light and bright and the shower was hot and the air-con very much appreciated. It was good to have staff on hand when I arrived very late (close to 2 a.m.) due to a very delayed (by 2 hours 20 minutes) Vietjet flight. Do yourself a favour and avoid this airline - EVERY flight I took with them was late.Great location with lots of eateries and shops close by.

The place just needs a revamp - particularly the bathroom. I am sure it was cleaned but you know how when stuff like the bath and the basin gets really old and no amount of cleaning makes it look like it has actually been cleaned? Well that's what it was like. But hey, the place served its purpose as I was just passing through Danang. And it was very reasonably priced.The staff's warmth and friendliness made up for what was lacking in the modernity of the room! (Well, apart from one girl who couldn't crack a smile to save herself, but perhaps she was just having a bad day, like we all do sometimes).

The rooms were clean, the staff was very well.behaved and helpful. Location is amazing, everything is near by Han market, riverfront and dragon bridge.
